Heather McDowell

Heather McDowell currently serves as Manager of Global Admin Planning & Operations at Meta since November 2021 and is also a Board Member and Marketing Director for The Backstage Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting young dancers. Previously, Heather held the role of Vice President on the Board of Directors at Vision House, which provides transitional housing and services for homeless single mothers and their children. Prior experience includes serving as Lead Executive Assistant to the Head of Entertainment at Facebook and as an Executive Business Administrator at Microsoft, where support was provided for extensive teams and diverse operational needs. Heather began their career as an Executive Assistant at OVP Venture Partners and holds education from Bellevue College and Rockwell Institute with a focus on real estate.
