Heather Shea is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in privacy compliance and litigation. Currently serving as Associate General Counsel for Global Privacy Compliance at Meta since May 2021, Heather previously worked as Associate General Counsel and Senior Compliance Officer at AIG from March 2013 to May 2021. Earlier roles include Litigation Associate at Weil Gotshal and Manges, Legal Fellow at the New York Civil Liberties Union and Kings County District Attorney's Office, and Investigation Analyst at FINRA. Heather holds a Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law, an MSc in International Relations from The London School of Economics and Political Science, and a Bachelor of Arts in Government from Georgetown University.
