Heidi Young

Heidi Young is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in engineering and product management, currently serving as the VP of Engineering for Smart Glasses at Meta, where leadership is provided to the Smart Glasses Engineering team within Reality Labs. Prior to this role, Heidi held positions as VP of Engineering and Product for Reality Labs Assistant at Meta and served as an Engineering Director at Facebook. Earlier career milestones include positions as VP of Engineering at Ozlo Inc. and Applause, as well as key roles at Microsoft, where contributions were made to algorithmic relevance and analysis of large data sets. Heidi holds a Master of Science in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Mathematics from Western Washington University.
