Helene Jepson

Helene Jepson is a seasoned legal and compliance professional with extensive experience in high-level roles across major financial institutions. Currently, Helene serves as the Vice President and Global Head of Legal and Integrated Risk Management as well as the Chief Compliance Officer for Meta Financial Technologies. Prior to this, Helene held the position of Chief Compliance Officer and Head of Group Compliance at Nordea, and served as Senior Vice President and Enterprise Chief Compliance Officer at First Republic Bank. Additional experience includes roles as Chief Compliance Officer at White Oak Global Advisors and various leadership positions at Morgan Stanley, where Helene oversaw Risk and Compliance for Private Wealth Management. Helene holds an MBA in Finance from Cornell University and a JD in Law from the University of Oslo.
