Henry Chen has a diverse background in both event management and technology infrastructure. Beginning as a Disk Jockey and Master of Ceremonies at Sound In Motion DJ's & Video from July 2010 to October 2012, Henry developed skills in executing corporate events and managing complex audio-visual setups. Following this, a position as an AV/VC Escalation and Operations Engineer at Milestone Technologies, Inc. from October 2012 to September 2015 allowed Henry to manage and resolve AV system issues at Facebook Headquarters. Henry continued to advance career as a Video Infrastructure Operations Engineer at Meta from September 2015 to January 2019, overseeing global video conferencing and designing systems for operational improvements, eventually transitioning to a Senior System Engineer (SRE) role focused on enhancing the collaboration infrastructure at Facebook.
