Hoang Do

Hoang Do is an experienced audio software engineer and engineering manager with a strong background in audio signal processing and machine learning applications. Initial work as a research intern at Microsoft Corporation involved developing a speaker identification algorithm, followed by roles as a software engineer that included building an audio processing pipeline for Xbox and enhancing the Opentok API at TokBox. Subsequent positions at Tango Me and Amazon Web Services focused on improving VoIP and real-time audio platforms for millions of users. Currently, Hoang Do serves as an engineering manager at Meta, leading a team that enhances audio quality for the company's range of applications. Hoang Do holds a B.S. in Engineering Science from City University of New York-College of Staten Island, an M.S., and a PhD in Electrical Engineering from Brown University.
