Hojoon Lee

Hojoon Lee is an accomplished AI Research Scientist with a robust background in artificial intelligence and reinforcement learning (RL). Experience includes positions at KRAFTON Inc., where responsibilities involved investigating LLMs’ capability to learn Chess through RL Fine-Tuning; Kakao Enterprise, where an open-source RL framework was developed; NEOWIZ, which involved creating an RL agent for the turn-based game Brave Nine; SonyAI, focusing on a vision-based RL agent in Gran Turismo 7; and currently at Meta, working on robotics with RL. Educational qualifications consist of a PhD in Artificial Intelligence from the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology, along with a Master's and Bachelor's degree in AI and Computer Science from the same institution and Korea University, respectively.
