Honghui Zhang possesses extensive experience in software engineering, having worked at Meta from May 2016 to April 2024. At Meta, Honghui contributed to the Generative AI organization focusing on AI personalization, and served as an Engineering Manager and Software Engineer in the Facebook App Monetization Ranking organization, specializing in ads ranking and delivery optimization. Prior to Meta, Honghui gained valuable research experience as a Research Assistant in the Information Retrieval Group at Tsinghua University and as a Research Intern in the Knowledge Mining Group at Microsoft Research Asia. Honghui holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Tsinghua University.
