Hui Ding

Hui Ding is an AI Research Scientist at Meta since June 2025, with prior experience as a Senior Applied Scientist at Adobe Firefly from May 2024 to June 2025, where responsibilities included leading the development of unified image and video foundation models. Before Adobe, Hui worked at Amazon as a Senior Applied Scientist in Amazon AGI, focusing on foundation models for video generation. Additionally, Hui served as an Applied Scientist at Amazon Web Services from June 2020 to November 2023, contributing to various projects including text-to-image generation and document analysis. Hui's academic background includes a PhD in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Maryland and a Master's degree in Electronic Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
