Ian Moore

Ian Moore is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in crisis management, workplace security, and community resilience. At Meta, Ian served as Head of Community Resilience and later as Head of Global Employee Readiness and Americas Crisis Management, focusing on employee safety, mental health resilience, and disaster preparedness. Prior to Meta, Ian held leadership roles at Amazon, where responsibilities included managing workplace incident security, and at The Walt Disney Company, where contributions ranged from developing workplace violence prevention programs to leading global security initiatives.
