Ilan Kor has extensive experience in software engineering and product management, beginning as a Senior Software Engineer at STS Software Systems from January 1997 to July 1999. Following that, Ilan worked as a Freelancer Software Engineer at Busy Call LTD. until July 2000. A significant tenure at Bank Leumi included roles as Social CRM Program Manager, Chief Enterprise Engineer, and Program Manager for Leumi.ME between February 2012 and March 2014. Subsequent positions at NICE involved responsibilities as Speech Analytics Product Manager, Senior Software Engineer, and R&D Team Leader from June 2004 to October 2007. From October 2007 to April 2018, Ilan founded XibYa and served as Chief of Product. Currently, Ilan is employed as a Product TPM at Meta since January 2022. Education includes a high school degree from handasaim (1987-1991) and further studies at Tel Aviv University (2004-2005).
