Isaac Chen is a software engineer with a diverse background in software development and engineering, having worked at notable companies including Amazon, Microsoft, Nordstrom, Plaid, and Meta. Initial experience as a Software Engineer Intern at Amazon involved building an internal website to manage the buying process, followed by roles that focused on decentralized identity protocols and microservices at Microsoft, enhancing e-commerce recommendation systems at Nordstrom, and improving API features at Plaid to drive conversion rates. Currently, Isaac is involved in developing Generative AI infrastructure at Meta. Isaac holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Informatics from the University of Washington.
