Ishwar Agarwal

Ishwar Agarwal is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in advanced technology roles. Currently serving as Co-chair of the Protocol Working Group at UALink since April 2025 and as a Machine Learning SoC Architect at Meta, Ishwar leads the architecture for the MTIA family of AI training and inference accelerators. Previously, Ishwar held significant positions at Intel Corporation, including Senior Principal Engineer and CPU Architect in the Server Architecture Group, and contributed to various projects at CXL Consortium and Microsoft. Ishwar's educational background includes an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and dual Master's degrees in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology.
