Itay Ashur has a diverse background in finance, consulting, and education. From June 2019 to September 2020, Itay served as the Coordinator of the High Committee for Debt Write Offs and Compromises at the Israel Ministry of Finance, where responsibilities included coordinating governmental fee committees and collaborating with various government offices. Subsequently, Itay worked as a Senior Consultant and Strategy Manager at EY from April 2021 to September 2022, followed by roles as a Practitioner in Greek Philosophy at Tel Aviv University from October 2021 to March 2024, and as a Business Analyst and Marketing Analyst at ryze beyond from March 2024 to July 2025.
