Itay Fainer

Itay Fainer has a robust background in software development and engineering management, holding key positions across notable companies. At Cyberbit, Itay served as R&D Director, leading the development of the SOC3D SOAR platform. Itay's experience at Check Point Software Technologies included roles as R&D Team Leader, managing full stack development for security blade management solutions, and as Senior R&D Team Leader focused on security access. At IBM, Itay was R&D Group Manager, directing machine learning and cyber research initiatives. Currently, Itay functions as Engineering Manager at Meta, overseeing the development of Instagram Lite for global users. Educational qualifications include a BSc in Computer Science from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev and an MBA from The College of Management – Academic Studies.
