Jae Ku has a strong background in systems and software engineering, with experience at the Republic of Korea Army as a Systems Engineer from October 2021 to April 2023 and currently working as a Software Engineer at Meta since July 2025, focusing on Developer Infra and Developer Experience in Dev AI Enablement. Jae also served as a Teaching Assistant for COMP 182 at Rice University in early 2021 and participated as a Research Intern in Medical AI at MD Anderson Cancer Center from June 2024 to December 2024. Jae’s educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Rice University, achieved with a 3.8 GPA, and attendance at Seoul International School from 2015 to 2019.
