Jake Cheng

Jake Cheng is an experienced data science professional with a strong background in machine learning and data analysis. Currently serving as a Software Engineer - Machine Learning at Meta, Jake previously held the position of Data Science Manager at Scotiabank, where significant advancements were made in machine learning platform architecture and real-time transaction risk assessment. Jake's experience also includes senior data science roles at Hubba and TD Bank, focusing on recommender systems, real-time data pipelines, and machine intelligence for fraud analytics. Early career roles included engineering and consulting positions at the Space Flight Laboratory and the Industrial Power Consumers Association of Alberta, respectively.
