James Baker

James Baker is an accomplished legal and policy expert specializing in technology, geopolitics, and security. Currently serving as the AI Policy and Governance Manager at Meta, James focuses on the international governance of AI and its implications for national security. Previous roles include being a Legal Adviser at the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office, where James addressed legal and policy challenges, and serving as First Secretary at the British Embassy in Washington DC.
