James Cutler, PE, is an experienced civil engineer with a strong background in project management and team leadership. Currently serving as a Civil Engineer at Meta since June 2024, James previously held the position of Lead Civil Engineer at Jacobs from June 2014 to November 2021, where oversight was provided for large-scale industrial semiconductor and data center projects. Prior experience includes a role as Project Manager at Gotham Greens from November 2021 to May 2024, leading multi-disciplinary teams in the construction of advanced automated hydroponic greenhouses and managing various aspects of property development.
