James Gorham

James Gorham is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience across multiple roles in the industry. Starting as a Project Designer at WSDG-Walters-Storyk Design Group, James specialized in high-end acoustical architecture and coordinated various projects. As a Project Manager at CBI Consulting Inc., James focused on historic restoration and diverse project designs. Following that, James served as Construction Administrator for Tinkelman Architecture PLLC, managing multiple projects while preparing site surveys and construction documents. From 2005 to 2020, James held the position of Project Manager at The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company, overseeing significant projects worth over $300M and managing substantial subcontracts. In 2004, James worked as a General Contractor for Rancho Corazón del Bosque, excelling in remote construction settings. Most recently, in 2025 at Meta, James took on the roles of Area Construction Manager and Campus Construction Manager, overseeing all aspects of campus construction.
