James Leger is an experienced professional with a strong background in optical networking and project management. Beginning a career at US West, Inc. as a Central Office Installation Education And Training Manager from February 1986 to October 2001, James produced training materials and managed installations at various levels through roles at companies such as Ciena Communications, Infinera, and Meta.
