James Moore is a seasoned professional with experience in academia and the tech industry. At MIT Sloan School of Management, James served as a Research Assistant and co-author in early 2023. Following this, James contributed as Course Staff for the 6.380 Inference course at MIT EECS from September 2024 to May 2025. In June 2025, James began working as a Machine Learning Engineer at Meta, specializing in Applied AI. Additionally, James co-founded a stealth AI startup as part of the MIT Sandbox Fall 2024 Cohort and gained hands-on experience as a Software Engineer Intern at Capital One from May 2024 to August 2024. James is pursuing a degree in Computer Science with a focus on AI and Finance at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, having previously graduated from Los Gatos High School.
