James Treacy

James Treacy is an experienced professional in the field of human resources and recruitment, with a focus on compensation analysis and talent sourcing. Treacy's career began with a summer internship at Laois County Council, followed by significant roles at Stryker and FRS Recruitment, where skills in job analysis and candidate sourcing were developed. At Intel Corporation, Treacy served as a Recruiter and later as a Rewards Experience Researcher, effectively implementing sourcing strategies and enhancing employee engagement with rewards. Currently, Treacy holds the position of Compensation Analyst for International Compensation at Meta, after progressing to Compensation Partner for Global Hiring within the same company.
