James Whelan

James Whelan is a seasoned accounting professional with extensive experience in international finance and infrastructure accounting. At Meta from October 2016 to September 2018, James held positions including International Infrastructure Accountant and Infrastructure Accounting Manager. Prior to that, James worked at Accenture from April 2011 to March 2013, where roles included General Ledger Analyst and Intercompany, Inventory and Revenue Recognition Senior Analyst, ultimately serving as Team Lead for intercompany accounting processes. James began career experience as a Supervisor at SPAR from September 2006 to March 2011. Academic qualifications include a Professional Accountancy Qualification from ACCA (2013-2015) and a BA (Hons) in Accounting & Human Resource Management from the National College of Ireland (2006-2009).
