Jan Gasthaus

Jan Gasthaus is an accomplished expert in machine learning with significant experience in high-profile roles. Notably, Jan served as a Machine Learning Scientist and later as a Senior Machine Learning Scientist at Amazon from July 2013 to September 2017, followed by a tenure at Amazon Web Services as a Principal Machine Learning Scientist until October 2021. Jan has also contributed to the field as an Instructor in "Modern Forecasting in Practice" at both Sphere and Maven since January 2023 and August 2023, respectively. Currently, Jan is a Software Engineer at Meta.
