Janice Du

Janice Du has extensive experience in finance and accounting, having held various roles in multiple organizations. Starting as an Accountant at James Bong Enterprises, Inc., from January 2004 to August 2005, Janice managed accounting for holding companies and coordinated corporate tax returns. Afterward, Janice worked as a Senior Accountant at VMware from May 2007 to September 2013, focusing on SEC reporting and technical accounting. Janice served as a Finance Manager at Workday from September 2013 to October 2021, partnering with the CIO organization to enhance budgeting and forecasting processes. Currently, as a Finance Manager for HR & Recruiting at Meta since October 2021, Janice supports the People Organization with headcount forecasting and finance initiatives. Janice holds a Bachelor's degree in International Finance from Zhengzhou University and a Master's degree in Economics from California State University - East Bay.
