Jared Ostdiek

Jared Ostdiek is currently a Product Manager at Meta, focusing on future-looking products within Reality Labs since September 2025. Prior to this role, Jared served as the Head of Product Design Engineering at Humane from November 2020 until its acquisition by HP in March 2024, where leadership was provided in developing next-generation AI-powered products at HP IQ. Jared also held significant positions at Apple, including Manager of Product Design Engineering and Lead Product Design Engineer, contributing to the design and production of notable iPhone models. Early career experiences include internships at GoPro and Radicand, Inc., and a role as New Technologies Program Manager at LICORbio. Jared earned a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Product Design from Stanford University and a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, receiving the Barry M. Goldwater Scholarship.
