Jason Reed has extensive experience in research and analysis, having held various positions across multiple organizations. Starting as a Research Assistant at R.A. Malatest & Associates Ltd. in 2009, Jason progressed to roles such as Consulting Analyst and Senior Analyst in Cybersecurity at Frost & Sullivan. Subsequently, Jason worked as Lead Analyst at GSMA, and then transitioned to UX research roles at Meta, including Senior UX Researcher at Racing Post and Senior User Researcher at Lloyds Banking Group. Returning to Meta, Jason currently serves as a UX Researcher. Academic achievements include an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies and English from McMaster University, a Postgraduate qualification in Market Research from Georgian College, and Project Management studies at the University of Toronto School of Continuing Studies.
