Jason Shen has a robust background in engineering and project management, with significant experience in the electronics and optics sectors. From January 2008 to December 2017, Jason worked as a Program Manager at Foxconn, focusing on assembly, yields improvement, and ultra precision machining. Following this role, Jason served as a Project Leader at Liteon Technology in 2018 and subsequently as a Technical Project Manager at Lextar Electronics, where responsibilities included assembly of camera modules and development of TOF cameras. From November 2019 to November 2023, Jason worked as Chief Engineer at Huawei, overseeing lens and camera module debugging and assembly technology. Currently, Jason is a Process Engineer at Meta, involved in AR display engine assembly and process quality control.
