Jay Chen

Jay Chen has extensive experience in data science and compliance within financial crimes and sanctions screening. Most recently, Jay served as the Sanctions Screening Compliance Lead at Meta, where strategic initiatives led to significant reductions in user friction and cost savings. Prior to this role, Jay worked at PwC as a Product Data Scientist, contributing to the design and development of automation tools and testing environments that resulted in substantial financial savings.
