Jay Warren

Jay Warren has a diverse background in leadership and operations across various sectors. Beginning as a District Executive for the Longhorn Council, Boy Scouts of America, Jay was responsible for the growth of Scouting in Denton and Cooke Counties. With experience as an Independent Consultant for Bambino, Jay focused on developing a business model for a mobile app aimed at parents. At Facebook, Jay served as an Operations Manager, leading investigations into misinformation practices, and later as Head of Operations for Identity Verification, managing a global team. Jay's military experience includes leading intelligence operations in the US Army and overseeing civic action projects to streamline resources in under-governed communities. Currently, as Head of Trust Programs for Reality Labs at Meta, Jay ensures regulatory compliance and fosters a culture of trust within the organization. Jay Warren is an alumnus of Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
