Jayanand Jha holds a BTech degree in Computer Science & Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, completed in 2001. Jayanand began a career at Wipro Technologies as a Systems Engineer from September 2002 to April 2004, followed by a role as a Consultant at Kanbay until July 2005. Subsequently, Jayanand served as a System Analyst at Nutech Information Systems and a Senior Software Engineer at CSC, where responsibilities included roles as Staff Consultant and Sr. Consultant in technical design. Jayanand then transitioned to Gogo as a Tech Lead from September 2015 to August 2017 and held the position of Staff Software Engineer at Walmart Labs until November 2019. At PlayStation, Jayanand worked as a Staff Software Engineer focused on Payment, Tax, and Fraud from November 2019 to April 2025, before joining Meta as a Software Engineer in April 2025.
