JC Cárdenas is an experienced professional in the music industry with a background in operations, programs, and business development. JC has held positions at notable organizations including the Arts & Business Council of Greater Boston, Harvard Law School, Sony Music Entertainment, and Spotify. At Sony Music, JC worked in Creative Licensing within Business Legal Affairs, facilitating rights and licenses for significant releases. JC's leadership roles extend to being President of Sony Emerging Professionals and Global Co-Lead of Banda, Spotify's Latinx Employee Resource Group. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts from Berklee College of Music and a Certificate from Harvard Law School, along with IB Diploma from Colegio Americano de Quito.
