Jeff Fan is an accomplished software engineer with extensive experience in developing and implementing complex software solutions across various industries. At Splunk, Jeff designed a service-to-service forwarder Sink and led the implementation of load-balancing and failover functionalities. Previous experience includes delivering Unified Communication Application Client Products at Avaya, creating RESTful services and managing data migration at Amazon, and software development for BigBlueButton at Blindside Network. Jeff holds a Master of Applied Science in Technology Innovation Management and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering, both from Carleton University.
