Jeff Lai

Jeff Lai possesses extensive experience in product design and engineering, having held key positions at notable companies. At GoerTek Inc., from January 2012 to June 2015, Jeff served as Senior Product Design Manager, leading a team focused on innovative products like wireless audio and VR technology while navigating complex design requirements. Jeff progressed at Meta, starting as DFx Manufacturing Engineer at Oculus VR before becoming Head of DFx Engineering and later Director, DFx Engineering, overseeing teams across the US and APAC to optimize production lines for AR/VR devices. Prior roles include Sr Project Engineer at Foxlink, where Jeff designed connectors for electronics and automotive applications, and Mechanical Engineer at Richco, Inc., developing cable management solutions. Jeff holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
