Jehad Abed is a highly skilled materials scientist with a robust background in multidisciplinary research and development. As the Program Director at the University of Toronto's A3MD from September 2020 to April 2023, Jehad led a team in creating an automated lab that utilized AI to enhance the discovery of advanced materials. Previous experience includes serving as a Research Engineer at Masdar Institute for Science and Technology, where Jehad specialized in the design and synthesis of nanomaterials, and as a Research Scientist at CERT Systems Inc., contributing to significant advancements in catalyst manufacturing and CO₂ electrolysis.
