Jenna Joo, PhD, is a seasoned UX researcher with extensive experience in both academic and professional settings. At GAF, Jenna served as a Senior UX Researcher and Manager of CX/UX Insights from April 2021 to March 2022. Prior to that, Jenna held multiple roles at UC Santa Barbara, including Graduate Teaching Assistant, Lecturer for the Freshmen Summer Start Program, Assistant to the Dean of Professional & Continuing Education, and Graduate Student Researcher from January 2012 to June 2015. Currently, Jenna is a Senior UX Researcher at Meta, a position held since March 2022. Jenna's experience also encompasses roles at Ithaka S+R as both Analyst and Senior Analyst from May 2017 to December 2018. Jenna Joo holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Education from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and a B.A. in Psychology, graduating Cum Laude from the University of California, Los Angeles.
