Jenny Lee has extensive experience in client solutions and customer service across various industries. Beginning as a Bakery Clerk at Paris Baguette America from March 2012 to December 2016, Jenny provided high-quality customer service and managed daily financial transactions. Subsequently, Jenny held roles as an Intern at Finn Partners and a Client Solutions Analyst at Kepler Group, enhancing research and media monitoring skills. From June 2015 to January 2019, as an Assistant at ALLON VISION INC., responsibilities included patient education and managing medical billing. This was followed by advancing roles at Kepler from March 2021 to April 2025 as a Senior Analyst and Manager. Currently, Jenny serves as a Client Solutions Manager at Meta since June 2025. Jenny earned a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from The City College of New York.
