Jess Elsdon

Jess Elsdon is an experienced intelligence analyst with a strong background in law enforcement and online safety. With roles at Leicestershire Police and Lincolnshire Police, Jess contributed to serious organized crime investigations and conducted targeted intelligence research. At the National Crime Agency, Jess advanced to Senior Intelligence Analyst, managing a team and overseeing complex analyses aligned with national goals. Currently, as a Global Safety Investigator at Meta, Jess focuses on preventing harm on social media platforms through scalable support systems and cross-functional collaboration. Jess holds a Bachelor of Science in Crime Scene Science from Teesside University and has completed an introductory course in Cyber Security.
