Ji Cao possesses a strong background in electrical engineering with significant experience in ultrasound imaging and signal processing. From September 2007 to March 2010, Ji worked as a research assistant at the University of Washington, focusing on TI's portable ultrasound project, optimizing ultrasound processing toolkits, and collaborating with Hitachi Medical Corporation on various advanced imaging techniques. Following this, Ji held roles as a system design engineer intern and an ultrasound/software engineer at Philips Healthcare, as well as a software engineer intern at Verathon, contributing to DSP development. Subsequently, Ji transitioned to Nintendo for embedded software development and is currently employed at Meta as a software engineer. Ji earned a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Washington and a Ph.D. in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Nanyang Technological University in Singapore.
