Jill Briggs has extensive experience in the advertising and marketing sector, currently serving as the Chair of the Algonquin College Advertising and Marketing Program Advisory Committee since April 2021. As a Board Member of the Digital Advertising Alliance of Canada until July 2024 and Head of Policy at IAB Canada until July 2024, Jill provides thought leadership on policy and compliance matters, including issues related to privacy and advertising regulations. Additionally, Jill chairs the Innovation and Technology Committee for the American Chamber of Commerce in Canada and has held various leadership roles in the past, including Director of Program Management for the Leaside Hockey Association and positions in account management at DAC Agency, AXIA Multimedia, and Modem Media. Currently, Jill is the Manager of Public Policy at Meta since July 2024. Jill holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and Mass Communications from the University of Ottawa and a degree in Creative Advertising from Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology.
