Jing (Maggie) Ma is an experienced software engineer with a strong background in high-performance computing and machine learning. At ASML from September 2013 to September 2016, Jing served as a Senior Software Engineer, where responsibilities included designing and implementing systems for simulating the photolithography process, developing models for next-generation EUV photolithography, and improving algorithms on high-performance UNIX clusters. Since September 2016, Jing has been a Staff Software Engineer at Meta, focusing on machine learning, with notable achievements including the development of an end-to-end candidate recommender system and an explainable ML framework. Jing holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California and a Master of Science in Electronic Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
