Joanna Lis possesses extensive experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on technical recruitment across various regions. At Meta, Joanna served as a Senior Technical Recruiter from May 2021 to March 2023, specializing in hiring for Software Engineering teams across multiple countries, including the US and Europe. Prior to that, as a Technical Recruiter, Joanna contributed to hiring engineering talent at scale across EMEA. In the current role as a Talent Acquisition Manager at bolttech, Joanna is responsible for all sales and technical recruitment across EMEA, along with management duties in candidate attraction and employer branding. Previous recruitment experience includes roles at Expedia Group, where Joanna focused on hiring for sales and engineering, and a temporary assignment at Coca-Cola European Partners for high volume tech recruitment. Joanna holds a Master's degree in International Relations and Affairs from the University of Westminster and a Diploma in Diplomatic Studies from the European Academy of Diplomacy.
