Joanne Yang

Joanne Yang is a skilled UX researcher and consultant with diverse experience in various industries. Joanne has worked at Meta as a UX Researcher since October 2025 and previously held the same role at Uber from February 2020 to January 2024, focusing on multiple areas including Uber Eats and Data Privacy. Prior to these positions, Joanne served as a UX Design Consultant at Spectrum Health and Midland Tool & Supply in early 2019. Joanne's research background includes a role as an HCI Researcher at National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University, where involvement in the development of a tourism-focused social media app highlighted expertise in user studies and iterative design.
