João Monteiro has a diverse background in computer science and data science, with a PhD obtained from UCL between May 2013 and August 2017. Experience includes roles as a Visitor Student at Massachusetts General Hospital in July 2010, an Erasmus Student at Eindhoven University of Technology in April 2011, and a Visitor MSc Student at Forschungszentrum Jülich from October 2011 to July 2012.
