Joefrey Kibuule is an accomplished software engineer and entrepreneur with a focus on mobile medical applications. As the founder and principal developer of MedPlusApps since January 2009, Joefrey has been instrumental in creating innovative mobile solutions for iOS, Android, and Windows Phone. Experience includes serving as a software engineer at ChaiOne, where Joefrey developed custom applications in collaboration with designers and clients.
