Johanna U. possesses extensive experience in library and information science, having served in various roles such as Senior Technical Product Specialist and Metadata Librarian at ProQuest from July 2013 to September 2015. Prior to that, Johanna worked as a Library Consultant for Pueblo a Pueblo in early 2013. At Amazon, from July 2016 to February 2019, Johanna held the position of Taxonomist II, contributing to both the Amazon Selection and Catalog Systems and the Amazon Product Graph as an Ontologist.
