John Depew

John Depew is an accomplished hardware engineer with extensive experience across prominent technology companies. As a Principal Hardware Engineer at MATRIX Industries, John was instrumental in the design and development of the MATRIX PowerWatch 2. At T-Mobile, John served as a Principal Hardware Engineer, and previously owned and operated Depew Engineering, Inc., which was known for innovating consumer electronic devices and peripherals. John's career includes significant roles at Apple, where contributions spanned the Input Engineering Group and various project teams, successfully delivering multiple product lines including the Apple Magic Mouse and several Macintosh computers. Additional positions include Director of Hardware Engineering at Tile and Luxshare-ICT, and Principal Hardware Engineer at WeWork and OLogic, Inc. John began their career by founding Computer Care, Inc., specializing in Macintosh hardware upgrades. John holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities.
