John Ebersole

John Ebersole, Jr. is an experienced engineer with a strong background in systems engineering and algorithm development. John worked at BAE Systems from October 2007 to September 2017 as a Senior Principal Systems Engineer II, focusing on advanced system designs and algorithm architectures while leading multiple projects. Following this, John held positions as a Senior Staff EO Analysis Engineer at Lockheed Martin, and a Senior Staff Electro-Optics & Algorithm/AI Engineer at Elbit Systems of America from March 2019 to February 2022. Currently, John is a Software Engineer at Meta since March 2022. Prior experience includes a role as Lead Hardware Systems Engineer at MetaMersion, LLC, and a lengthy tenure as a Systems Engineer at Creative Optics from 1989 to 2006. John obtained a Master of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute in 2014 and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, and Manufacturing Engineering from the same institution in 1997.
