John Falzone has extensive experience in law and privacy counseling, beginning with a role as Summer Associate at LeBoeuf Lamb in 2002. Following this, John served as Clerk for Honorable Barry T. Albin, Associate Justice of the New Jersey Supreme Court, before joining Latham & Watkins LLP as Senior Associate from 2004 to 2012. John became a Partner at Parker Ibrahim & Berg from April 2012 to May 2016, subsequently taking on the role of Assistant Attorney General for Affirmative Civil Enforcement at the New Jersey Office of Attorney General until November 2017. From late 2017 to 2021, John held the position of Senior Vice President at the Entertainment Software Rating Board (ESRB) and served as a member of the Privacy Bar Advisory Board for the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) from 2020 to 2021. Additionally, John held various roles at Meta from April to May 2025 in product and privacy counseling. John earned a BA in English from Villanova University and a Doctor of Law (JD) from Seton Hall University School of Law.
